ABOUT MYSELF
You may be here because you feel it’s time to look at something that has been bothering you for a while or you may find yourself at a very low point, anxious, overwhelmed and lonely.
Looking for the right therapist can be another challenge and I have a lot of compassion for it.
My name is Stefania Panzeri, I am a qualified and experienced person-centered counsellor and BACP member.
It is my passion to help clients to understand and accept themselves through understanding their feelings, patterns and explore their beliefs about themselves and the world.

I provide short-term and long term therapy, depending on your needs.
I offer online and face to face therapy and a combination of both.
Current availability: Tuesday between 4pm and 8pm for face-to-face or online therapy, Thursday online sessions only, between 3 pm and 8pm.

First Contact

The best way to contact me is via email. Please email me with a bit about how you have been feeling in the past week, the nature of the concern that brings you to therapy (feel free to describe this in as much or as little details as you wish)

In your enquiry please include your availability for a free 15/20 minute video-call. I aim to get back to you within 24 hours, 48 hour during the weekend or holiday period

If you contact me over the phone please leave a message with the above info and a suitable time for a call-back
Before your First Session

I offer a 20 minutes free consultation (video call) to allow you to ask any questions, for you to have a feel for what counselling with me is like, and to assess if we are suitable to engage in a therapeutic relationship

You can then book a 50-minute session with me if you wish to do so

First Session
In our first session we can begin to explore how you are, what brings you to counselling, what are your expectations of me and counselling.
​
We will also go through a contract which includes: confidentiality, sessions’ arrangements, payments and cancellation policy.
This contract can be reviewed as the therapeutic relationship progresses and/or if any changes occurs in our lives.
Diversity
My training and experience focus on diversity, this means I am mindful of the impact that certain factors have on the way we feel, experience life and move through the world. In therapy I will consider your lived experience of this.
Some of these factors are:
our cultural background, gender, sexual orientation, age, mental health state, a recent loss, disability, family, relationship status, economic background

How many sessions?
It depends on where you are at with your process and it is something that can be discussed with each individual.
I offer long and short term therapy.
Ending Therapy
You can end therapy at any time;

You can end therapy at any time; I advise you to discuss your intention to end with me,
so we can work together towards it.
